EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE PANELS

Do not contain CFC or HCFC
Panel Width: 1260 mm (49 inches)

Panel Thickness: 64 mm (2.5 inches) and 89 mm (3.5 inches)
Density : 2 pounds/cubic feet.
Insulation Factor higher than R-25 to R-32

POLYPROPYLENE BASE SPACER

Two sides permit nailing the support to the concrete base and permits:

  • Perfect positioning of the base for the first row of panels,
  • Mechanical fastening of the first panels using steel nails.

The upper arm-lock spacers are anchored to the base brace to ensure the solidity of the system and ensures:

  • High wind resistance prior to concrete pouring,
  • Stability of the two side panels during and after concrete pouring.

POLYPROPYLENE BASE CORNER BRACE FOR 90° AND 45° ANGLES

Consisting of a simple square, it is anchored to the floor or foundation wall and ensures:

  • Correct positioning of the corner,
  • Anchoring of the side panels to the floor or foundation

POLYPROPYLENE ARM-LOCK SPACER

Main liaison element ensuring the following function:

  • Keeps the two adjacent panels together,
  • Mechanical liaison during pouring,
  • Vertical and horizontal bracing off all panels,
  • Keeps the exterior panels straight at floor Levels,
  • Secure horizontal reinforcing steel,
  • Secure polystyrene opening frame elements

STANDARD POLYPROPYLENE CORNER BRACE FOR 90° AND 45° ANGLES

Maintains the panels at the correct angle permitting the installation of corner reinforcements.

The corner element has markers 1 and 2 that provide the panel erection sequence.

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SCREW CAPACITY AT THE PANEL JOINT WITH THE POLYPROPYLENE SPACERS
